To be statistically significant where controls=20 and subjects=20, the change in size would have HUGE. Especially when there is going to be a baseline variation in size that can't be defined in a population that small. That's where you need a statistical "training set" of maybe 200 subjects just to establish the normal variability.

He robbed a store and assaulted the owner (caught on videotape) and then he wandered out into the middle of the street. Ten minutes later a policeman asked him to move out of the middle of the street and he charged the cop.
