Oh dear oh dear, you really do know very little about the bible and religion.

The texts in the bible were all created around 325 C.E. when Constantine formed the Council of Nicea and told them to create the final "official" bible which would be used by his new state religion.

As for JC being prophesied in the OT, have you ever asked yourself why his own people don't believe him to be the son of god? (Of course you haven't. You don't question anything.) Here's the answer, according to the Jews there is no prophecy of god sending a son down to earth. It's all a translational problem with the word "messiah".

Ever wonder why the Holy Roman Church uses the catechism instaed of the bible? Answer: because it knows that it's full of errors, contradictionss, and downright whoppers which will trigger doubt in any thinking person

I spent 12 years in a religious school run by Jesuits. Since I had difficulty accepting the preposterously insane, petty, and violent god of the bible from an early age, I decided to look for evidence outside of it to coroborate his existence.

I found nothing. Not a thing.

I then started reading about the origins of Xianity and the bible and it really opened up my eyes. It's the longest running troll on humanity in all history.

It's just a big cult which uses guilt to control people. You are born doomed to hell, you naughty person, unless you join us and give us your money.

No thanks.

Maybe there is a god? But it's certainly not the one in the bible of either testament.
What will arrive first? Peak Oil or the Second Coming? My money is now on the latter.

This is a joke, right ? The bible names kings, by their names, and archaeological remains prove they were real people. Pontius Pilot ( the person who helped putting Jesus to death as described in the bible ) was thought of as a fictitious person, until artifacts bearing his name were recovered .

Religions are the cause of this and I totally agree with you. They have been a huge disservice who the real God is. Revelation says Satan is misleading the entire inhabited earth. Jesus even called satan the god of this system of things.

It was prophesied he would come, and many would accept him then, it was also prophecies that the Jews would reject him . What is so difficult ? I can dig up the scripts to show if you would like. He came for all humans, not just for the Jews.

The Bible texts as we know them today were chosen by the early bishops in the 4th century CE. The Protestant Bible, which differs slightly from the Catholic Bible, was assembled by Martin Luther and others later on. Many missing early Christian texts were found in 1945 and have come to be known as the Nag Hammadi texts. These are worth looking at by any Christian, as they give a glimpse at early Christianity which was lost during most of the history of Christianity.

I'd feel more comfortable if you were able to show a quote from the original documents instead of the carefully crafted Council of Nicea version was put together to form the basis for a state religion. The latter version is suspect.
