'Dude do you even watch this station. On numerous occasions they have talked about people wanting to assassinate obama and they say it with smiles on their faces. They may not openly state, that they want Obama's head blown off, but if your not retarded you can see what they are implying.

Our country is so screwed. It is in TPTB's interests to have these corporate media outlets keep us fighting each other with this ridiculously petty and fabricated right and left ideologies. They keep pumping their talking points and canned message and the less well-informed keep eating it up, perpetuating the artificial rift.
One of the reasons Colbert/Stewart are so successful is that they recognize the ridiculousness of the MSMs message. They ridicule and satirize the MSMs' and political parties' ham-handed fabricated tripe, savaging it and exposing how utterly stupid it is.
The real issue is that you are getting screwed by TPTB, as has usually been the case in history. The corporate media and political system creates this false left-right model to distract you and keep you fighting one another. CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Huffington Post, Michael Savage, Rush, Hannity, Air America are all getting you to waste your time and energy fighting one another when you should be fighting TPTB for your freedom that they are taking one chip at a time.
Did you hear that a court in the NE ruled last week that you can be tased if you don't respond to a police officer's questions?? Enjoy your electrocutions. WAKE UP, FFS.

The media is all sucky, but there are differences in what they cover.
Fox tilts right and covers some stuff the others don't, and the the others (CBS, PBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC) all tilt left and cover things Fox won't.
As an example, here's an interesting new story on Fox News: The FBI is now reading "Miranda Rights" to Army Detainees in Afghanistan.
Obama promised in the campaign he wouldn't begin having the FBI reading Miranda rights to detainees on the battlefield, but now its happening.
FBI reads "rights" to POWs
From the leftist point of view, this story is obviously biased and unfair, because it has caught Obama in yet another blatant lie. The left-leaning media, like CNN or MSNBC or ABC or NBC or CBS or PBS, won't even bother with a news story like this because to them being "fair" and objective means they won't carry anything negative about President Obama---all their coverage of Obama MUST BE POSITIVE or the BOers will complain about "code words" and "smiling news commentators" and how horribly unfair it all is.

The thing most people don't get is that Obama isn't just screwing over right wingers. He is screwing over the left too with his policies (imprisonment without trial, warrantless spying, etc). Bush did the same, screwing all of us by eviscerating the 1st, 4th, 5th and 10th amendments. He did it to right-wingers just as much as left-wingers.
You guys need to quit being children over your truly miniscule left-right differences when ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS are systematically being taken away from you by two different administrations in a span of 10 years. Seriously, why in gods name are you fighting each other?? It makes zero sense. We obviously need to take back our government which continually takes away our rights on a daily basis now, no matter who is in power.
