"catostophic"? Sounds like we're all going to get enemas! :-D

Time for a Merge-a-Thon:

Another Car runs on water hoax

Water-fuel car unveiled in Japan

And we had a big thread on the whole RF generating hydrogen whatever it was.

Yawn.
Massive Human Dieoff must occur as a result of Peak Oil. Many more than half will die. It will occur everywhere, including where you live. If you fail to recognize this, then your odds of living move toward the "going to die" group.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Starvid', 'D')on't even try with Armageddon.

He's completely off the deep side. No use my friend.

I am not debating that it will work, I am only curious, that's why I am asking questions. Do you see how you can learn by asking questions ? Unlike most sheep like you who don't ask questions. Unfortunately, this is out of realm of expertise. Now get back in your pen and be a good little sheeple and do as your government tells you. baaaahhhhhhh

Re: The Stanley Meyers story and supposed 'water car'

I think the trick is to supplement a gasoline engine with hydrogen and oxygen from water. The Ronn Scorpion exotic car is doing this and using about 30-percent hydrogen and oxygen.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('burtonridr', '
')the electrolysis process is not very efficient, but its cheap.

The electrolosis may be cheap, but the storage process into tanks??

The guy who made his house run on hydrogen put a half a million dollars into the project.

The way I'm setting up my car is to produce the hydrogen on demand. there will be no storage involved.

The hydrogen production will be controlled by simple electronic relays and sensors. Everything produced will be used to help run the engine.

Like I said cheap...

water as a fuel source?
did you see the film 'Who Killed the Electric Car'

I smell corruption and graft and maintaining a certain status quo called dependency.

how about growing more carbohydrates for the human machines?

It is very simple.

If it works, then simply spend all your money building a plant to manufacture it.

When you go brokie you will accept the fact it won't work.

Not until.

People are stupid dreamers that way, they think whatever they dream about is true.

If it were true standard oil would change the name standard water and make even more money.

Advanced Water Power Technology

Postby skiptamali » Mon 22 Sep 2008, 17:34:45

So I recently saw that the DOE has awarded $7.3m in funding to 14 water power projects.

I understand that many different types of technology were awarded funding; research diversity seems to be the key to success in their eyes. However, how far does that little drop in the bucket actually advance a project? I'm concerned that it's merely for show.

Does anyone have further insight or experience with some of these projects?

Why are we not hearing more and more about this.

Don't tell me the oil companies, they can't stop every news source.

I was in the auto industry for many years and heard quite a few unbelievable claims as to what you could run your car on...

Not sure how removing H from water and creating electrons can be transferred to a driveline, but I am all for it.

How does it not require external energy? This does not seem possible. I thought it required some type of energy to split/strip the hydrogen. If its true then awesome but I am still skeptical.

Just because we think of the Japanese as eggheads doesn't mean they aren't capable of the same sort of perpetual motion machine scams as we are.

The water powered car showed up in 1974, 1980, and
again in 2008. Funny thing is that they stop making them
as soon as gasoline gets cheaper than water again I
suppose. I think I will work on a water to hydrocarbon
conversion kit to sell to the people who buy water
powered cars.
