For most of my life, I have eaten a pretty poor diet. About 3 years ago, I started getting interested in health and nutrition. The first major thing I did for myself in that regard was I went on a colon cleanse system. I'm not trying to advertise any company, so I won't mention the name, but I'll say it's a popular system. I was shocked at what came out of me. I saw pitch black, hard spheres, and even nests of worms. The worst thing was what I like to call, the rubber shish-kabob of hell. It was like a rubber rope with these meaty, cancerous-looking chunks all along it, and the smell was close to the worst smell of my life. I passed nasty stuff at random days and it didn't completely stop until 2 months of being on the program. From now on, I spend at least 3 months of every year on the cleanse.
I read that the average American adult has between 5-20 pounds of poop stuck in his body. Some even have up to 40 pounds. At 300 million people, there could be over a billion pounds of poop stuck in people just in the USA alone. If everyone in the country did the colon cleanse at the same time, the sewer systems of the country would be overwhelmed.
All jokes aside, the colon cleanse was the single best thing I did for myself in my entire life. It honestly improved my health in a variety of unexpected ways. I recommend everyone reading this to go out and research colon health. You can find tons of information on web searches alone. I truly hope that a colon cleanse would help all of you as much as it helped me.
