Not refused entry, but detained.
Even if you don't like this particular Senator, one might wish to consider the ramifications of detaining the elected representative of several million people because he refused to be groped.

Both Ted Kennedy ( deceased) and John Lewis ( politicians somewhat known by a few people) have been / are often detained for being on the no fly list of TSA. Maybe Rand Paul should talk with John Lewis about the unfairness of the TSA ?

And the owners of that property have decided that the admission fee is a thorough groping. Kinda like walking into a nudie bar and being surprised at seeing nekkid girls; airports are now legally sanctioned places for pedophiles to grope kids, and for regular perverts to grope adults.

If you want to fly, buy your own airplane and take off and land from your own airstrip(s).

This doesn't imply that I wouldn't celebrate if they disbanded the TSA; but till then, if the cities and airliners wish to continue to operate adult clubs with a trivial prize for the molestees; and force is not used to coerce its victims participants into entering those clubs; its not really my business to say that they shouldn't be allowed to do so.

I think they could do with some more appropriate signage perhaps...

As we were going through the "security" checkpoint, one of the supervisors suddenly yelled "FREEZE!!!!" Everyone was forced to just stand there for about a minute. We were not allowed to move, fidget, look around, speak, nothing. They blockaded the checkpoint and no one was allowed to leave or enter. It was one of the strangest, most stupid thing I've ever seen at the ATL airport. Then the supervisor walks around and she thanks everyone for their participation in the security drill. It was ridiculously obvious that the entire purpose of that game was to make people afraid and keep that sense of fear very much alive in the flying public.

I see the following two news reports as being a statement about where America has gone post 911, unfortunately. They’ve hired morons to monitor your borders and security, they can effectively sort out those people who are trying to smuggle in candy but those large number of illegals who are learning to fly planes (when did we see this before?) are beyond their grasp. Once great country destroyed by its own stupid actions. There should be a minimum triple digit IQ test applied to TSA employees.
