Huh? I thought I was pretty clear that it is what we want, but that it can't be made into law... yet.
I also went to great lengths to explain whats good and bad of both the Ryan notion and a full NHS concept. I personally favor the Ryan thing as it puts responsibility into the hands of the purchaser of services.
