$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('hubbertspeak7777777', 'I') don't think most of us will miss anything because a lot of us will be dead. A lot of the people on this forum may think they're prepared, but I think a lot of them will be in for a surprise after the crash. I bet at least 85% of us (myself included) will be dead within 5 years after the crash. Broke your leg and the bone is sticking through? Ew, it's starting to turn green and smell funny. What's that? You want a doctor to fix your leg? Have fun getting eaten by wolves. Got cancer? Kiss your ass goodbye! Got Pneumonia? You're history.Have diabetes? Need insulin? Nice knowin ya. And so on. Do you guys see where I'm going with this? The average life expectancy after the crash will be less than 35, I'm sure of it.
If I do manage to survive for a couple years post crash (highly unlikely), I will miss listening to music and heckling people on myspace and youtube, nothing else really. I plan on keeping a stock pile of rum and beer so I can get drunk and choke on my vomit. I will go out like a rockstar!
Good point.
you kind of backed up what i said though, Modern medical care
especially anaesthetics.
I've also decided recently to go to the liquor store and start stocking up on decent booze with each paycheck for both barter and getting wasted after the crash. I imagine there will be nobody to tell us not to grow marijuana during our short-ass lives either.
