I decided to watch Lindsey tonight after someone used him as an excuse to argue against Peak Oil. I kept hearing him say "Im gonna show ya" well Im still waiting.
All I see is a book waving preacher trying to sell his books to get rich. You heard me "BOOKS". This preacher turned author is trying to push his 4 foot stack of books on you so that he can get rich.

He keeps saying "you wanna know who?" , "this will be startling". Well Ive heard nothing from Lindsey but his own propaganda to sell books. No names no nothing. No one is going to tell a preacher their inside business information. No one cares about you preacher. OMG the stock market? DUH!!! Ive known that since I was a kid preacher! Its called the Uninted States of America and capitalism. The majority of people understand supply and demand preacher. They know that if more people buy it the price goes up. Preacher youre asking the USA to become communist.

Youre nobody and you will always be nobody. I feel that my IQ was lowered simply by watching your lecture. Anyone who believes this guy is the same person who will read a conspiracy theory and believe it without doing any research.

If you are going to believe in conspiracy theories atleast research it before you blindly follow preachers. This man knows if you tell people there is a conspiracy that social psychology inclines the majority to believe it.

This guy says hes going to call them by name the entire lecture and I never hear one dang name. "Their making huge profits!" he says. What a load of crap. They are raising the price of oil because the value of the dollar is droping like a rock. Do you expect them to take a loss to sell you oil when they can sell it to another country?

Get real, wake the heck up. I work in the oil industry, in exploration specifically. They dont pay us the fortune they do for no reason. And furthermore Ive been told that big oil finds huge ammounts and caps it off for decades (by Lyndsey Williams fans). Go into your local couthouse and pull one miscellaneous book and look at a single oil lease. You lose that lease if the well is not producing, PERIOD. Which means a competitor will come in and buy it up. These so called greedy conspirators would never let that happen.

There are everyday individuals that have gone into drilling, believe me they want that oil and they will sell it to the USA and make a buttload of money. They arent going to sit on it because they know just like I know that they lose the lease. Oil revolves around leasing.

And if someone locates oil in international waters and refuses to pump it out there is something called diagonal drilling. Another company will come in miles away and drill diagonally and take your dang oil.

Sorry for the rant but Ive never heard so much BS in my life, then again preachers are in business to make money. Do your research people, educate yourselves. Never rely on someone to do it for you.

This was a rant I wrote about Lyndsey after watching his videos. I wrote this because Ive been in the business for years and am a second gen landman. I watched my mother do it for 20 years before I did it. I watched her move all around the industry in all sorts of Oil jobs. I learned about leasing and diag drilling. And I saw my friends start drilling companies. Believe me theyd love to know where to diag drill at. This guys full of it.

I wasted a half an hour listening to this old baptist preacher blab on about a story he had heard 30 years ago. He wrote his book and began the attention whoring way back during the 70s energy crisis. He's come back out of the woodwork recently, for obvious reasons, to pitch his "10 KSAs under Alaska" fantasy.

Baptist preacher, no evidence, no scientific background, no corroborating witnesses. About as bunky and TF as you can get.

What is Lindsey smoking and how much is it per 1/4 oz? 1.5+ trillion recoverable barrels under Gull Island ,Alaska. If he said Jesus told him, I might believe him.
The biggest reason the US $ is so weak is because we have to import 60+% of our oil.

This guy may be a baptist nutjob, but he is having an effect on those eager to blame the current crisis on the Democrats. "Liberals won't allow drilling in ANWR, and there is sooo much oil there, enough for 200 years; therefore, liberals are to blame for high gas prices." Just another in a long line of rovian tactics to smokescreen middle America into voting themselves into oblivion.

His name is Lindsay Williams. Tell me why this guy is a nut. He's claiming that Alaska's North Slope has reserves adequate for the next 100 years and that if only we could drill that oil, our domestic prices would drop down to $1.50 a gallon.

Someone, knowing my stance on this, sent me this link as PROOF that there's plenty of oil and that all this peak oil business is untrue.
