OTOH, more in line with the topic of peak oil and saving fuel, it looks like Honda is planning to embrace the EV and PHEV pretty big time. O course they're going to have lots of competition, especially in the PHEV space, but it's great to see them really getting into the fray, especially as weak as their hybrid offerings were compared to Toyota years ago (for example the Hybrid Accord made me say "why bother for the price?")
