I didn't do very well at philosophy, I did pass but barely.
I know what is wrong, and there are facts that will point to the fact that something is morally wrong with our unflinching support for Israel. Always.
17 UN resolutions violated by Israel at the time of the Iraq invasion. Iraq had violated less. There are other facts but thats a big one.
I understand though if you don't have an idea for a solution, 'cause neither do I.
Except we could stop participating in acts of terror if we wanted to reduce terrorism. We've never tried it I think. Its worth a go.

He also said there were 14 other incidents of firing close to this position from the Israeli side Tuesday afternoon. “The firing continued even during the rescue operation,” he said.
Since Israel launched a military offensive against Lebanon and Hezbollah guerrillas July 12, an international civilian employee working with UNIFIL and his wife have been killed in the crossfire between Israeli forces and Hezbollah guerrillas in the southern port city of Tyre.
Five UNIFIL soldiers and one military observer have also been wounded, Struger said.

No, I was talking about your species because a person with no morals like you can't belong to the same species I belong to.
I have no problem with your culture. I think Vancouver is a beautiful place. Canada is one of the countries with the highest populations of Lebanese.
My problem is with people like you, wherever culture they come from. I despise them in all forms and colors.

Actually other then that little tiff with the americans a few hundred years back we've been perfectly civil with each other. When terrorists show up in Canada wanting to blow up parts of the US we do our best to capture them and prevent it from happening. We don't just let them be.
Lucky you. The political situation in the Mddle East is much more complex than the Canadian. But obviously you don't know much about that.

If Palestinians were given their land and were left to live in peace by the Israelis, a lot of the problem would be solved. If Israel stopped playing the bully in the Middle East and invading Lebanese land whenever it wants, the situation would get better. But the Israelis just cannot accept that. They want to have their cake and eat it: they want to look Western and democratic and play the victims, while they have been stealing land and provoking their neighbors for ages.
Just ONE example: The Israelis fill their mouth talking about the UN resolution that asked for the disarming of Hisbalah, but how will that happen if they don't comply first with a PRIOR UN resolution that asked them to withdraw COMPLETELY from Lebanon: no blue line, no bullshit. They have no business in sovereign Lebanese territory. But the Israelis are bullies. They think God granted them the right to own all the land and the resources that they want. And Bush has the same rotten mentality. No wonder they ge along.
In those terms, there can't be peace. They can kill all Arabs, but they won't subdue them. An Arab will never leave his/her land. Never.

That has nothing to do with the argument at hand. That's like saying that Black people need to be slaves today because they were slaves before they arrived to America.
