Hence the lack of bread of any sort.
I knew plenty of llargish people (BMI>>30) in Louisiana that went on that diet, eating bunless cheeseburgers, bacon wrapped chicken breast drenched in butter cream sauce... all sorts of stuff like that. They would say "fat and calories don't matter, its the carbs man, its the carbs".
This is an atkins dieter's wet dream.
After my healthy lunch today of a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, an apple, and a banana, I think I could down one of those bad boys right now. I should not be looking a pictures of food.

Problem is the hours I would need to run on a treadmill to work it off. Not to mention all the nasty stuff that is in processed food, particularly fast food.
Dadgummit I miss having a teenaged metabolism.
