Funny how that works. I've applied for over 100 such warehouse, delivery, etc jobs in the last several weeks only to be denied work because I'm overqualified.

Looks like starting your own business is your only real option right now unless you know someone willing to do some charity work and get you a job.

Not even the police force would take me. Probably a blessing in disguise.

Interesting: Everyone I know personally in CO has either lost their job, is about to, or has to move to follow their employer to a different state. We're talking 20+ people. My fiance is the only exception. She still has a job but got word another round of layoffs is coming.

I always thought I's be helping out with the breadline, not standing in it.

My company laid off 10% after Christmas. Two year wage freeze.

No jobs in this area except Medical .
