1500/60=25w used to dry your hands with the air drier
Even if the manufacture of 1 paper towel took 1 BTU, (which is probably a gross underestimation, 0.29305 KW would be consumed to produce that one paper towel. Since that is 293.05W each peice, that would equal 586.10W equivilant to dry your hands. From an energy standpoint, it would be far more effective to dry your nads using the blow dryer. Howefer from a sanitary standpoint, I still reccomend you use papertowels, (unless you like infecting other people from contaminants on the doorknob to the bathroom).
