$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('ReverseEngineer', 'B')ased on the Houston Report we got here in this "crazy" thread, it appears to me at least it ALREADY is TEOTWAWKI.
....
Now of course, 1 million people in and around Houston who cannot get food might not seem like a serious problem to you, but it does to me. Not to mention all those folks a bit outside the hubs off the Colonial who already have no gas, and if gas isn't being delivered to those areas, food isn't either.
How many people exactly have starved to death in Houston?
Sorry dude. A hurricane is not TEOTWAWKI. In the worst case scenario maybe it would be the end of Houston as we know it. It's certainly not the end of the world as we know it. In my little corner of the world, there are a half dozen places within 10 minutes of my house where I could walk in right now at 9:00 at night, hand them my plastic card, and walk out with all the food I can carry.
