$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('joelcolorado', 'T')he reason MOST ppl cant use small cars as they cant get IN small cars. LOOK at the BUFFET lines. OMG. Makes me ill now.
When I lived in Argentina I used to eat every other day or so in the buffet, since it was very affordable and the quality was very high ( best beef in the world, ets ) I was eating a lot of food there. By lots I mean 10-12 pounds of meats, salads, potatoes, mashrooms, seafood, deserts, you name it, not counting 3-4 pounds of watermelon/fruits , and a couple of pounds of icecream with lots of walnuts/almonds. That was taking 1.5 to 2.5 hours, more if i was really hungry .
I have no idea how many calories were in all of that, and neither I cared. I was 10-15 pounds overweight and it was nothing since I am pretty tall and robust.
Now I moved to US, I eat may be twice a year in the buffet and I can't eat more than 4-5 pounds of food, including deserts. I don't really eat much at home. I do overeat sometimes, but generally my calorie intake is below of what I supposedly need to maintain my bodymass. Neverthless, in the first 4 years I've put 120 pounds on top of what I had at entering US. My knees are screaming when I am getting up from the floor. I suspect I am developing flat feet and it is not a joke.
But,I've never been exposed to corn syrop before I came to US.
