$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('gg3', 'E')qually difficult for us single gay dudes in the crowd. OTOH, getting rid of the proverbial gold diggers early on, is probably a good thing. Most recent chat with a guy who on one hand thinks the climate crisis is going to be hell, but on the other hand sees no reason to change his career plans. Sigh.
But what the hey, may as well have a go at it:
Gay, GenX, looking for LTR. Northern California, smarts & skills, plans in place, community formed, will have land by the end of this year. Values count, hard work counts, smart/creative counts. For more on me, search my postings & read up, and expect I'll be reading yours.
Are there gay gold diggers too? At least its reassuring to hear that obliviousness and duplicity exists for all types of relationships.
Although I am NOT one to really be posting in this forum (I'm married) i can say it's easier (on the long term mental and physical well-being) to blow through a dozen pointless flings to arrive at a viable LTRwith someone who gets it than it is to "re-educate" someone who doesnt.
I've been lucky to a point. The missus gets it enough to allow me to make real preparations for us but is skeptical enough to use it against me in an arguement.
"You and your damn the world is ending and we are all gonna die..." leads off those kind of arguements. Like I said though, at least she gets it at a certain level.
