Yes, as a European I consider everything below $7 as cheap now.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Gazzatrone', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('bonehead', 'C')an't wait for my stimulus check,i'll be using it to buy $4.00 a gallon gas.Boy, is this country in trouble.

I hate to say this as it does sound tired. But at $4 I can't see what you are complaining about. Try paying $8 as we do in the U.K

"Is this country in trouble"

Like I said start paying $8. Honestly! You don't know what trouble is.

$109.72

If I recall right, a Yergin is $38, so this makes 2.887 Yergins.

Do we need to create a new thread every time oil hits a new high?

That's why we have this thread

Dam, $109, and it just cost me a good bottle of wine!! Four years ago I bet someone that oil prices could not be sustained at $90. I based that on total world net savings. That's what you get for using official inflation numbers! He said $120 was the breaking point price. Even if everything falls apart at $110, which it looks likely to do, he wins.

Anyone want to bet on when the food riots start in the cities. I’ll double up with two bottles.

I think its time we had a tickertape regarding oil prices. By the time you start a new thread about a new high, it's old news as ther's already a new one.

Somebody said the same thing about $100, $90, $80, $70...

They're not going to wake up because they think this is a plot by the oil companies to gouge them. They can't imagine their cushy lifestyle is coming to an end.

Funny... I'm looking to buy ANOTHER vehicle (only have the one right now). Not that we drive that much, but i figure i should be able to get a good deal right now.

Keep going up. Hope it hits $200. Hope it hits $300. People are bitching so much now, wait until they pay $5 gas.
