I'm on a volunteer fire department. Juries often convict in these cases only because they are told it doen't matter what they think, the accused broke the law and must be found guilty. A jury member would be breaking the law if they follow their conscience.

I read the story and the police say that the woman was not affiliated with the PD and was not part of the sting .
