Hey guys... on the food front... which BTW is wayyyy more important IMHO than any freakin $1000 pair of goggles so you can rummage around in your yard and end up shooting your dog in the middle of the night.... The absolute best and cheapest way to acquire foodstuffs is to utilize the Foodservice companies at your favorite BUSY restaraunt. Get cozy with the chef/buyer and have him order you the large boxes of pasta and large cans of vegetables and tomato products... the foodservice pasta is hardier than retail and lasts a long time... It is sealed in two 10# bags and boxed.. while the cans are almost seven pounds and all of this is super-cheap.... he/she gets delivery two-three times a week and you should be able to get anything you want from him as it is no skin off his apple.... he/she can probably make a few bucks on the side..... still way cheaper than other sources...
