Dude (or Dudette as the case may be) we have racked our collective little minds to figure out that question.
There is no one right answer and more than likely there are not even 6 billions right answers; I guess the only thing to do is give as many experiences and links to authorities as possible.

And with respect I would suggest looking to the many threads and posts already available and archived with some trouble.
I’ll also take it on myself to say a collective thanks from all the contributers for that complement as well.

I would not have guessed that "rules for what to expect" would mean 'what decisions can be made or would be appropriate to adjust humanity's mindset from the disasterous one now used to a healthy mindset?' I just would never have guessed that.
