Most employers can figure out rather quickly if they've hired an idiot. Those people generally don't stick around the office for very long.

If someone acquires a high school diploma without actually deserving that diploma, it is irrelevant because that person will never be in competition with you for a job or anything else for that matter.

Frankly, I can tell whether or not I'm talking to a <90 IQ within the first 5 minutes of talking to someone .

you know thats very similar to my one shot a week campaign. you get one free shot each week, no questions asked why you did it. The first few months should be hell but after that the herd will have been culled.
