I'm not sure I can understand that article.

The most important thing to realise about IQ measurements, is that an IQ of 100 is defined as the average score in the population under test.

That means that in every country, the average IQ is 100 - by definition.

Failure to apply this simple definition has led to much confusion in the past. It was recognised early on that black Americans scored lower on IQ tests than white Americans. This was thought to represent a biological difference - it doesn't, it represents the fact that a test for white people is inappropriate for black people, because of subtle differences in culture. The test needs to be tailored to the population that will undergo it.

Can anyone name a place at any time in world history where people for different cultures lived side by side peacefully? I don't mean a situation where there was a large majority of one culture and a small minority of another. I mean one where the groups were in roughly equal proportions. I ask because I am not a historian and can't think of any cases where this has happened. As I look at history it seems like wherever people of different cultures exist in rooughly equal numbers there is terrible violence and separatism.

I think the early Islamic dynasties lived in relative harmony. Can't remember the names, but around 700-900 or so.

European union right now? If you think that across Europe culture is somewhat similar, then consider Turkey as well, which is on the route to join EU..

They need to be shot in the head. The illegals.
Now, someone who wil go through the proper channels and come to this country to work I'm all for and agree they should be here. But the border jumpin illegals.... Well, I figure if we put about 30,000 heads on stakes at the border they might think twice.

Plenty of places: Belgium (Flemish and Walloons), UK (Celts and Anglo-Saxons), Switzerland (French, German, Italian and Rhaeto-Romansch cultures), France (French, Basques, Bretons, Corsicans) etc., etc., etc. OK, you will always get a few hot-heads who seek "independence" or separation but, in most places, they represent only a tiny minority of the populations they try to represent.
