Almost, no-one is all powerful, your game plan must be flexable and adapt to events you can't control, so it is also re-active, a loose game plan with a clearly defined goal.
The main thing is once you look at things in this context... world events and the manipulation of these event start to make logical
sense.
#deconstructionist, I agree with you.. this was aimed at others,
#hiding peak oil fits perfectly with this reasoning, you don't have to worry about opposition/compitition if it collapses from within, as will most countries who have not planned for both peak oil and global climate change, hence the neo-con push to worsen the impact of both, thin out the herd, what did Levi Strauss say? "get rid of those useless eaters"
create chaos in the middle east, without oil profits their population will reduce and their ability to use any oil themselves, a few well placed forts , castles and kings, peasants and surfs.
###you only need a huge population if you intend to continue the present economic model,
####Labour... work done..we have technology now.. less peasants needed... just an idea
