You know, on Slashdot, there seemed to be quite the stir that the machines had almost absolutely no security because they used certain well-known programs known not to be very 'secure'...
Also, they constantly say that security through obscurity (not releasing the code) is not the way to go (which is the way Diebold is doing it)...
or something.. I can't follow programming talk too well.
I trust the
