Even clean coal is probably going to have a large amount of pollutants if we ramp its production up to the amounts necessary to make a dent for making gasoline..

Holy Crap, in my backyard. I thought the picture was from China. That pollution must be pretty scary to do that.

Still though, lucky guys (unless they have three nuts, that is), having two girls for every one of them. Ah, melange, melange!

Maybe they can even do it legally as married couples.

With same sex marriage, our near future lax pot laws, and all our other liberal traits Americans and our own conservatives love to hate, why not?

Native self government is cropping up all over reserves up north. Maybe one of these young guys is gonna figure out how to get some polygyny going on just because he can....

So any dammage in them geneticaly will take longer to show. And it only takes one man to 4-10 willing females to keep the population growing.

As for Poligyny, feminists actualy do recognize that in many societies, it keeps women MORE INDEPENDENT. Provides co-wives for high qaulity-guilt free child care, and more freedom running the Home...as the man is not there all the time (when the man provides a seprate home).

A shortage of sons leads to higher population growth rates just as a shortage of daughters has it the other way around.

Two main causes, (smoking and chemical pollutants) one chemical: estrogen.

Have a google search for estrogen dominance, and you will see where a lot of the violence is coming from too: estrogen dominance.

Where's the estrogen coming from? Various pollutants, such as DDT & it's break-down product, DDE; plastics of all sorts; the hormonal-type contraceptive (in about equal parts, too). Smoking aso seems to add to it and hops-type beer (rather than the older, meade-type) both have a very high level of phyto estrogen.

And the female-only cancers get 20 times more funding as what male-only cancers get (testicular cancer, prostate cancer) all of which are on the rise as eostrogen dominance makes it's presence felt.

Mind you, the idiot Politically Correct still insist that Medical Research discriminates against women perhaps because there's only 2000% more money going to women, exclusively, as versus men?

Medical Research exclusively devoted to women-only issues: 20% of the total.

Medical Research exclusively devoted to MEN-only issues: 1% of total monies spent.

But that's still discriminatory against women.

Yeah, those phthalates - chemicals used to soften plastics - are now found everywhere in the
environment. Even in the middle of the pacific ocean large amounts of junk plastic and
associated chemicals (endocrine disruptors) can now be found.

Even more frightening, these chemicals appear to do the most damage at very low
concentrations (parts-per-trillion) to developing fetuses. If you want to damage someone
permanently, this is the time to do it. In the womb. It's been found that mothers that don't
get adequate nutrition while pregnant can predispose their offspring to all sorts of
problems later in life. SO imagine how these environmental toxins are affecting things.
Talk about being nipped in the bud.

Humanity is growing so quickly and affecting the environment to such an extent that it's
like a bomb going off. I feel it will take some time before the full extent of the damage can
be asessed, assuming it's even possible before it's too late.

First these early onset cancers Rarely occur in prime childbearing years... mostly after 35.

Secondly, I am Not Advocating Poly-ESTERS, or other petroluem based gender benders.

I would only recommend it in this instance as polgamy can cause multiple arenas of conflict within the family home as co-wives will more often than not quarrel over limited resources for their respective children and take up any perceived grievances with the husband. There are several cases where men actually committed suicide because they found polgamy so stressful.

Generally not many women would willing agree to share a man as it is against their reproductive interest (resources will be lost to the other women and her children). Also I read somewhere that men with multiple wives are just as likely to cheat as men with one wife given the chance. A case in point was an African man with 36 wives who was still soliciting prostitutes. :shock:

Polyandry-a girl doing the nasty with a couple or more dudes, also not necessarily at the same time, but also applies to Tibetan married households where inheritance of land is kept in the family. Two or three brothers will have one wife and share her sexually

Polygamy- marriage to multiple people-legal or not.

If the male/female ratio is around 50%, that's just not possible. Every man that has a couple of wives means that there's another man that has none. And if the girlfriends are supposed to be single (not married to other men), then 3 out of 4 men don't have a stable relationship. Unless, of course, they share girlfriends, but in that case men would be competing for the attentions of single women, not the other way round.

Today, in Africa, the average man has a couple wives and a couple girlfriends. nost families are raised by single women, all compete for attentions of the men.
The men like it.
Aids rate is in some places 40 percent.

(My friend goes on hunting safarris and recently returned from there, they are AIDS a dime a dozen.)

It does happen and some men do go without (they tend to introduce something like bride price to regulate the 'bride market').

In all seriousness, I was being an ass.. (often, and frequently) (and not in movies)....

as, obviously gyne and andros will work as multiple partner marriage definitions by virtue of their definitions as 'wife' and 'husband'

should be pronounced 'gam-eh', but this root is probably way off the correct original.....

I got a c+ in 3rd year greek, when I decided I'd had enough...

I could go to the basement and get my greek dictionary...
