Either way I think there is a lot to what you say. And both sides play this game. All hype and no substance.

What I see is that the fix is in on the Epstein story. He has been eliminated and poses no risk. The job is done.

That media is in on the fix is obvious because two big and obvious stories are not being followed.

CCTV - CCTV footage of the area surrounding his cell have not been released. All we know is that at least some of the video is “unusable.” If the video truly showed nothing then there would be every reason to release it and quash rumors. That it has not been released can only lead to suspicion. But the media is not persuing. WHY?

DOCTORAL LEVEL PSYCHOLOGIST - The Bureau Of Prisions (BOP) claims Epstein was released from suicide watch after being cleared by a “Doctoral Level Psychologist”. Most folks assume this means a licensed PhD because that’s what it takes to practice in any STATE in the USA, Feds don’t adhere to state requirements. I went to the BOP jobs page and found that a Psychologist does not need to have a PhD but to simply “meet all the prerequisites.” But that job description did not use the odd “Doctoral Level” phrase. What DOES use that phrase is the job description of an UNPAID INTERN who is called a “DOCTORAL LEVEL PSYCHOLOGIST”, someone who has ENROLLED in a program that will lead to a PhD. At worst case the bloke may have just received his Masters and be waiting to start his PhD program. This is a far cry from public perception, and the information is readily available on the BOP web site. Yet no one in the media has called it out, and I’ve searched.

So there you have it, the fix is in, the media have been called off. They will just let this story die from inattention.

By default this is an indictment of very rich and influential people of all political persuasions.

The White House released a memo that included a transcript of the call between Donald Trump and Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky that is now the focus of an impeachment inquiry (the transcript is not fully complete and is not transcribed verbatim.)
In the call on July 25, Trump congratulates Zelensky for his victory in the elections, the two exchange pleasantries, and then Trump said it “would be great” if the new Ukrainian president could help investigate Democratic presidential frontrunner Joe Biden and his son, who was on the board of an oil company in Ukraine.

But that’s not the only request for a favor Trump made. In a confusing ramble, Trump told Zelenksy he’d like him to look into “the server,” and namedropped CrowdStrike, the cybersecurity firm that investigated the hack on the Democratic National Committee in 2016.

For what it's worth, people at CrowdStrike are as confused as we all are.
“I got nothing,” Adam Meyers, the vice president of intelligence at CrowdStrike, told me in an online chat, when asked why Trump may have referred to the company in the call.

How Trump managed to remember the name "CrowdStrike," which is mentioned only four times in the Mueller report, each in footnotes, is anyone's guess. And honestly, who knows what the fuck Trump is actually trying to say here. It’s unclear why he believes Ukraine has “the server,” and what server he is even talking about. Presumably, Trump is referring to the DNC server that’s at the center of a conspiracy theory completely made up by Trump’s imagination, though perhaps he's thinking of Hillary Clinton's private email server.

According to this conspiracy, the FBI and CrowdStrike failed to seize a DNC server that supposedly holds important information related to the hack. In reality, there’s no missing server, and both CrowdStrike and the US government concluded that Russian government hackers broke into the DNC.

In a 2017 interview with the Associated Press, Trump said CrowdStrike is “Ukraine-based” (fact check: it’s based in Sunnyvale, California, and has a big office in Arlington, Virginia).
“That’s what I heard. I heard it’s owned by a very rich Ukrainian, that’s what I heard,” Trump said.
