The MOST generous conclusion is that the Prison did all in their power to facilitate if not encourage his suicide.

Ive seen it suggested the Warden should face charges of Criminally Negligent Homicide. Sounds about right to me.

BOP apparently does not require psychologist to be LICENSED. Does not even say he must possess a PhD, just meet the requirements, not really sure what that means. The pay could be as low as $65,000/year.

So, potentially, the “doctoral level psychologist” who cleared Epstein could be someone completing his PhD program making $65k, in Manhattan. Holding is mine. Doesn’t sound like they are flooded with high level candidates.
