Wrong. ANWR has been "ice-free" for millions of years.
And please don't try to claim that George Bush travelled back in time to start AGW millions of years ago. You are just plain wrong as wrong can be on this one.

Please don't be sad. This fear, like your bizarre claim that Republicans started AGW to make ANWR ice-free, are based on irrational fantasies. ANWR oil will never be sold to either Brazil or Saudi---eventually it will be used to help fuel Seattle and Portland and San Francisco, just like Prudhoe Bay oil is used now.

The TAPS pipeline flow was getting so low that it was hard to operate in the winter when temps hit -40 or so. If the new frakked oil site along the haul road can add some oil it will help keep the pipeline running until ANWR or Arctic Ocean oil comes on line in 10+ years.

A truly stupid claim. Next time you get in your pickup truck and start pumping CO2 out your tailpipe so you can pick up some beer at Wal-Mart, try looking in the mirror when you get stuck in the inevitable California traffic jam. Yup---by driving your rig instead of walking, you are wasting fossil fuel and causing AGW.
