These are the same source rocks I discussed in TOD thread. Notice it says only about 20% of the oil generated by the source rocks have migrated. And notice it says the rest remains
in the source rocks. In other words, of the 1 trillion boe on their 500,000 acres, some 200 billion have migrated somewhere (about half of which so far has already been discovered), and the other 800 billion remains in the source rock.
Remains. Not disappeared. Not seeped to the surface and eaten by bacteria.
