It sounds like the cop intended to murder the judge. A chop to the throat is a fatal attack.

Do the cops not realise the danger they're putting themselves in with this crap or do they just not care?

US Mil Coverup "Auschwitz-Type" Afghan Hospital Conditions

Unread postby mattduke » Thu 26 Jul 2012, 18:55:09

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')he hearing centered around the US-funded Dawood Military Hospital in Afghanistan. It’s hardly a household name stateside, but evidence of the “Auschwitz-type” conditions, as one lawmaker put it, and allegations that US military commanders covered it up to put a better face on the Afghan war have caused a firestorm of controversy.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'H')ouse members sat and listened in stunned silence as retired U.S. military officers testified that there was an attempt to “block an investigation” by top US Army commander, Lt. Gen. William Caldwell.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'D')octors, nurses and other medical personnel who committed "unspeakable" acts still "walk the halls of the hospital,” he said, “unrepentant, unscathed, and unprosecuted."

The U.S. mission in Afghanistan pays all the salaries, benefits of the hospital.

It also funds the “hospital of horror” to the tune of millions of dollars per year.

“Bribery and corruption are a fact of life in Afghanistan and U.S. taxpayers are paying most of it”, said one soldier on facebook currently serving in Afghanistan, who refused to be identified out of fear of being prosecuted by the military for telling the truth.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'L')t. Gen. Caldwell, who headed the training mission in Afghanistan, “was visibly upset” about the possibility of a US military inquiry into the hospital, says Col. Mark Fassi, then-inspector general for the training command. “His first response to me was, ‘How could we make that request with the election coming?' ” he told the subcommittee.

Reminds me about the FEMA death camps:

The hundreds of thousands of 3 person stackable coffins and the internet rumor talk that the Bilderburg group is planning a population 'cull' of society to get it back down below 500 million to 'managable' levels.

Gunman shoots 1 person. NYPD arrives, joins in, and opens up on the crowd "randomly", shooting nine more innocent people. The hero is the construction worker that calmly tracked the criminal and refrained from spraying crowds with bullets. In addition to murdering his boss, the criminal was in clear violation of NYC gun prohibition laws.

Police never... NEVER EVER... engage in actions that only an arsehat would undertake. They know that there are no "innocent people", so whacking 9 bystanders in addition to the perp is no big deal. Ask Hizzoner Bloomberg. He'll tell ya!

Prince George's County, Maryland police officer Corporal Donald Taylor, a 13-year-veteran, claimed that after catching up to an aggressive youth who swung at him and began to flee, the youth reached for his gun, at which point he fired his gun at the youth in self defense. Despite this tale, newly released surveillance footage obtained by Fox 5 News shows the officer running up behind the youth, then smashing him in the head with his gun in a surprise attack, which triggered his gun to fire in the process.

The youth, 19-year-old Ryan Dorm, "spent about four months in jail before prosecutors dropped the charges against him," NBC Washington reports. Note, Dorm's lawyer says the police got this video two days after Dorm's arrest, yet they made him rot in jail for four months nonetheless.

Wow. America has sunk this far? What happened to the constitutionally protected right to free speech? This kid did not produce any hate speech so this is the FBI wasting taxpayer money to harass a citizen.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'H')ouston police shoot wheelchair-bound amputee threatening people with pen:

The shooting occurred early Saturday morning after police responded to a call that resident Brian Claunch was acting aggressively after his caretaker refused to give him a cigarette and a soda, the owner of the home and police said.

"The officers made verbal commands for the suspect to drop whatever he had in his hand, to stay still and to speak with the officers, but the suspect continued to make threats," Jodi Silva, a police spokeswoman, told CNN affiliate KTRK in Houston.

Claunch, who lost an arm and a leg in a train accident, trapped one of the officers with his wheelchair in the corner of a room and attempted to stab the officer with an object that turned out to be a pen.

20 year old girl does jail time for buying bottled water and cookie dough

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'A') University of Virginia student spent a night and good part of the next day in jail after seven plain-clothes agents from the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control division ambushed her.

The student, 20-year-old Elizabeth Daly, made the mistake of walking to her car with bottled water, cookie dough and ice cream in a dark supermarket parking lot near the UVA campus, reports The Daily Progress.

The seven agents sprung aggressively into action, suspecting that the student was carrying was a 12-pack of beer.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'D')aly, along with two roommates who were in the car, did what reasonable, unarmed people usually do when violently pounced upon by seven people. They tried to get away.

“They were showing unidentifiable badges after they approached us, but we became frightened, as they were not in anything close to a uniform,” Daly said in a written account, according to The Daily Progress.

“I couldn’t put my windows down unless I started my car, and when I started my car they began yelling to not move the car, not to start the car. They began trying to break the windows. My roommates and I were … terrified,” the student also wrote.

Police officer who killed 17 year old armed with a WII REMOTE will not face charges:

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/07/17/n ... ontroller/

http://www.deathandtaxesmag.com/224897/ ... -anything/

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'A') grand jury in Euharlee, Georgia has decided not to indict Cpl. Beth Gatny in the shooting death of Christopher Roupe. Roupe was a member of his school’s ROTC and was hoping to join the military after graduation.

On February 14th, Valentine’s Day, Gatny and some other officers knocked on the door of the mobile home where Roupe lived, in order to serve his father with a warrant for violating his probation. Gatny said she heard what she “believed to be a firearm” before the door opened, drew her pistol at Christopher and shot, believing the Wii controller in his hand was a gun.

Here's the best part:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '[')b]Although a previous grand jury found that Gatny’s use of force was unauthorized and that she should be subject to further prosecution, the new one decided that she should not be charged with either involuntary manslaughter or reckless conduct.

So we just summon a new grand jury when the previous one returns a recommendation we don't like?
