What I find interesting about this game is how it reflects each players sense of optimism, pessimism, insight, or "gut-feeling". Some players might believe the market will remain stable while others expect price volatility due to world events whether it's political or natural.

I don't think it will stay at 105 right now. The middle east has got the oil market all worked up. If it calms down I think it will sink back under a hundred again. The real price squeeze isn't supposed to happen until next year.

The EIA reported a new high price for WTI as of March 7th. The closing price was the same. We have a new leader and some significant changes in the standings:

I am still stuck around 31, which is where I like it. I think there is a chance that the oil price might hit around $157, with all the problems in the ME. I'm still not quite confident yet to bet any maple syrup, but maybe after sugar season I might entertain a little wager. We don't have any syrup yet, and I don't believe on betting on what I don't have, so when April comes I'll talk.

I had a 150$ high just for this kind of eventuality ,maybe a bit on a limb
but the 120$ closing is definitely on track

My question is, how did you get price data for the 6th and 7th when the EIA's release only reported up to Tuesday, the 5th. ?
