I___SEE THAT

That's what I've been saying from DAY 1. Go back and look at my posts; I'll wait.

Tick Tock. Crickets Evolving. Learning to eat oil
and swim.

More news:

And note that we don't see anything from the rest of the world anymore?

Who cares that a 7.4 on the Richter just occurred
in Sumatra.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')he gears of the machine are grinding to a halt. They are manufacturing disasters and crashing the economy to seize control of the masses.(And I will cuss anyone who uses just the aforementioned sentence out of context) EITHER that or they really are this STUPID in which case we are all doomed anyway. Welcome to the brave new world. Take your Soma and relax. There's nothing to worry about. Its just the end of the world.

The Good News. We're going to find all about those
crazy CT's. You know, all the Exotic new HAARP Earthquake Machines. And all those trillions to the US
NAVY. If you can't save the GOM, you're useless
and our Empire is gone.

More news you might have missed while being
totally immersed in the death of the USA's
most vital/strategic Area:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'I')f we’re really in the midst of the empire’s last dance, soon enough we won’t be forced to choke down lines such as these:

“There’s more war in America’s future — a great deal more, judging by the Obama Administration’s reports, pronouncements and actions in recent months”

“U.S. exempted BP rig from environmental study”

“The world may be on the brink of biological disaster after news that a third of US bee colonies did not survive the winter”

“Scientists and environmentalists from around the world assessed the state of global biodiversity and found that it has been in steady decline”

“An American Chernobyl”

And so it goes, headline after headline, until the process of killing the planet to transfer money from the poor to the rich finally succeeds in killing us, too.

Seen any of this on your TV?

Of course not.

Hey Shorty, MD, I'm a Professional Environmentalist as well :!: :!: 8)

Floegel now refers to the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of Oil greenpeace.org/blog. He has been following disasters like this for 30 years and examines this present oil spill through the prism of his work surrounding the Valdez spill.

He says, "It's been 21 years and the litigation between the federal government and Exxon is still not over."

What he details next, however is telling
“The executives at BP must be reading the Exxon spill response playbook because they’re doing exactly what Exxon did,” he said. For those of you without access to the oily inner sancta, the playbook’s rules are these:

1 — Understate the amount of oil spilled.

2 — Understate the environmental damage caused by the oil.

3 — Overstate the effectiveness of your company’s response.

4 — Try to buy off the locals with tiny amounts of money (BP is offering $5,000 each to coastal residents in Mississippi) in exchange for waivers promising not to sue for damages.

5 — Slap gag orders on anyone doing business with the corporation. (Fishermen who want work from BP in the cleanup efforts have to agree in writing not to speak to the media. The gag orders are legally meaningless; it’s the intimidation factor that counts.)

My Edit:
6- Send/Mobilize Corporate Apologists to Poison threads of Info. Attack any and ALL Posts mentioning
Lawsuits, Criminal Behaviour, Negligence, Death, noting all
info has been contained/silenced as only BigOil can;}

Floegel than examines the booms, as likely not working because unless skimmers are able to lpick up the oil before it reaches shore, the boomers will be of no help because the oil can come assure and as it bubbles up it will mix with water and then slip to the bottom. [/quote]

Not like Destroying the Greatest Sea in the World. No , Jesus and his Cloud Father don't mind that. Hey, animals don;t have souls. I mean Harvard Theological Seminary would know. Wouldn't they?
BWAHAHAHAHA  8)

And speaking of Hail Mary's, you and your religious congregations need to start getting your prayers coordinated.

Crowds as they find out they're looking at America's Chernobyl are getting restless. Now:

I__The above, is from the NOLA/TimesPicayune
Website.

Good Morning. First:

After spending the last 21 days praying for and
eulogizing the Late Great(est) Sea in the World
I have now come to my Last

Bold Prediction  :

That when this Well located 5000 ft down from
the surface, 41 miles from the Mouth of the
Mississippi River pouring
26 000 bbls of crude plus gas is capped, shut in, I will no
longer post at PO Forums.

I'll be outahere faster than a RealEstateOwner
Developer getting out of Florida. 8O

According to the Apologists here for the Highness
without Peer BP, that should be any day.

Second: In the meantime, as I think Sir Shorty and Sir
MD are only representing a half bastard sired
in the Depths of Hell British Petroleum and
that the same have ZERO clue on how to
deal with this, I should be posting at PO Forum
for all too long a time.

I look forward to all making my last Bold Prediction
come true.

Most Sincerely and Honestly,
McGowanjm

Couldn't they just stick a bunch of suction hoses down there by the break and suck it up, and separate the oil and water on a ship. Use suction pumps and hoses/pipes to collect the oil at the source, instead of 10 miles away. Then they could separate and send the water back into the gulf, or send the whole oily water mess through a pipeline already out in the gulf for processing on land.

"BP said it could be Monday or later before a decision is made whether to make another attempt"

So here's their schedule: Monday, maybe Tuesday they decide, "Yes, let's make another attempt." Wednesday, maybe Thursday, certainly no later than Friday, they'll decide what that attempt will be. Saturday, maybe Sunday, they'll make plans for the attempt. Monday, maybe Tuesday, they'll begin preparations for the attempt. Wednesday, maybe Thursday, they'll make the attempt. Friday, maybe Saturday, they'll decide the attempt failed. Sunday, maybe Monday, they'll debate whether to make another attempt. Tuesday, maybe Wednesday, possibly Thursday, they'll see that the coast of Louisiana is destroyed and no further attempts would be of value.

Stuck Pipe Kept Shear Rams From Sealing BP GoM Well

Stuck Pipe Kept Shear Rams From Sealing BP Gulf of Mexico Well, U.S. Says
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'A') section of pipe on BP Plc’s Gulf of Mexico well became trapped and prevented blades from cutting the pipe to stop the flow of oil, triggering the biggest U.S. offshore spill, according to a study released by the Interior Department and U.S. Coast Guard.

The blind shear rams, part of a 50-foot (15-meter) stack of valves called a blowout preventer, failed to “fully close and seal” the well, according to the report today. The pipe buckled in a blast, which prevented the rams from pinching the pipe shut and allowed oil and gas to surge to the surface.
