$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'Q')uite a bit of South America would be very interesting! Some states, like Brazil, have totally independant energy systems. I think it could be the rise of South America as a major world power, though who would be at the helm is a good question. Brazil is an obvious choice. Venezuela possibly another, though I don't know if the Brazillian people would want to have anything to do with that idiot Chavez.
You are absolutelly correct in your assertion.
Already brazilian President Lula can barely hide his disgust on hugo. Every time they "meet" each other up, looks like Lula all he wants is just start his speedy run towards the exit door.
Perhaps doesn´t do it because of the so many "interest" they have created with the other but mostly Brazilians in Vzla., by the way, and allegedly they both share the same political "ideology" but already Lula came down to the realization hugo ain´t a democratically oriented politician and uncontrolled greed is what fuels him up.

The "Ethanol" play was just the cherry up the cake but the unavoidable evidence relies on the traveling frequency hugo´s got to that other S.A. country throughout this year as compared to last years numbers.
