Oil supply and demand has never been a constant. Some have even claimed oil operates on a cycle.
Now when a group of countries colludes to drive prices higher by cutting production one could call that cycle manipulation.
We’ll see come 2020 how countries respond to price, demand and politics but it has never been about a lack of oil. Decades of oil out there.

Illogical. Did you understand what I wrote? It does not appear so. I am saying that ALL of the USA imports are oil in another form, not money. If the Us made ALL of that stuff itself, it would be importing millions more barrels of oil every day. The Us only looks good thru rose colored glasses. Reality is quite different. But then, reality is not your thing is it Boat?
The Us is currently in a slow collapse and your lifestyle is evaporating. Soon it will be 3rd world and the Us will not need much oil to survive. I said ‘survive’ not thrive.
