The Russians, in their anxiety to show the West how friendly they are, left Washington with a toe hold in Syria, which Washington is using to reopen the war. The Russians’ failure to finish the job has left Washington’s foreign mercenaries, misrepresented in the American presstitute media as “freedom fighters,” in a Syrian enclave. To get the war going again, Washington has to find a way to come to the aid of its mercenaries.
The Trump regime has found, or so it thinks, its excuse in the revival of the Obama regime’s fake charge of Syrian use of chemical weapons. This made-up lie by the Obama regime was put to rest by Russian intervention that made sure there were no Syrian chemical weapons. Indeed, if memory serves, Russia delivered the chemical weapons to the US for destruction. Little doubt Washington still has them and will use some of them with their Syrian markings for what appears to be a coming false flag attack that can be blamed on Assad. If we can believe James Mattis, the retired US Marine General who is US Secretary of Defense, Syria, a country without chemical weapons and in need of none in its mopping up operations against Washington’s mercenaries, is using chlorine gas “against its own people,” exactly the same phrase as the Obama regime used when Obama tried to orchestrate an excuse to attack Syria. Mattis said that he is receiving reports of chlorine gas use by Assad while simultaneously saying he has no evidence of gas use, much less by the Syrian Army.

Not North Africa and not the western front that appeared only the last 11 months of WWII when it was clear that Germany was going to lose.
In fact, Germany removed some of its biggest and best guns from the western coastal installations (pill boxes) to use on the eastern front. That is, the western allies had an easier time of landing on the beaches of Normandy thanks to the Soviet effort.

Back in the day, it is probably fair to say, that *most* people still, at least in a general way, subscribed to the idea that amerikans, and their media were(basically) honest, and anyone the uS and its media said were dishonest, were in all likelihood, liars.
Iow, uS were villains during GW I and II, just as they are today….. but they were Villains with Good PR(tm).
Fast forward to the present, and I think its also a fair assessment, that the number of people that still believe the uS and it endless bullshit, has decreased dramatically. Ironically, in no small part, due to the uS’s own blatant dishonesty, and its actions during the Iraqi curb stomp( cant really call it a ‘war’, considering how one-sided the whole affair was).

Baghdad Bob was right, albeit with a few years delay. And it weren’t just the Baath folks who de facto drove the Americans out of the country, but also the Shia. In the end the Americans were trapped in the Green Zone and could hardly move outside without the threat of the patrouille being attacked. Even the connection between the Green Zone and the airport was hazardous to say the least. The US never occupied Iraq. Afghanistan same story. It also gives a valuable lesson how to deal with the US military: lure them into your territory and from there begin partisan attacks and work yourself towards the magical 40,000-100,000 killed, until the Homeland begins to protest.

This was never true regardless of year. The true percent of German forces on the Eastern front by year were, according to figures supplied by Dr. Albert Speer, Germany’s genius war armaments minister. The declining percent is due to the success of German industrial output increases through the end of the war.
Example: Despite ever greater technical sophistication of German tank design, Germany’s greatest tank output occured in 1944 with the production of 18.956 units in contrast to the first full year of war, 1940 during which only 1.788 tanks were produced. An amazing 4.406 was achieved during the first three months of 1945!!!!!:
1941 Divisions/Aircraft: 67% / 64%
1942 Divisions/Aircraft: 69% / 65%
1943 Divisions/Aircraft: 55% / 40%
1944 Divisions/Aircraft: 50% / 39%

Gas Buddy.com is predicting $1.60 per litre in Vancouver by the summer. The first time prices went north of a buck a litre there was in 2005. In 1999 Vancouverites were paying .49 cents per litre.
