What Are You Going To Do As Our Money Dies?
In our recent article It’s Time To Position For The Endgame, Chris Martenson explained how the US Federal Reserve and its sister central banks around the world have been engaged in the largest and most egregious wealth transfer in all of history — one that has been drastically exacerbated by the covid-19 pandemic.
The official response, tremendous monetary stimulus by the central banks paired with massive fiscal stimulus from national legislatures, has been pitched as “saving the system”.
Yet, in reality, it has merely served to accelerate the transfer of capital from the public into the pockets of the already-rich.
Anyone with eyes can see how the central banks have abandoned all pretense of monetary fiduciary responsibility and have simply cranked their printing presses up to “maximum”:
In concert with this surge of liquidity, national legislatures have added their own emergency measures. In the US alone, the CARES Act pushed nearly $3 trillion in fiscal stimulus into the system, and will highly likely soon be followed by another $1-3 trillion depending on which party’s bill gets passed.
Despite these staggering sums, the amount of money trickling into the average US household has been meager and is drying up.
Instead, these $trillions are mostly finding their way into the coffers and share prices of corporations. We have seen the fastest and most extreme V-shaped recovery in the history of the financial markets since the March swoon. The major indices are now back to record all-time-highs, despite the major carnage covid-19 has wreaked on the global economy.
So who benefits from that? Oh yeah, the people who own those companies. The already-rich.
Remember: 84% of all stocks are owned by the top 10% of households.
So in a nutshell, the official response from our “leaders” in government to the pandemic threat has been: Rescue the markets at all costs!
Chris refers to this as the Leave No Billionaire Behind (LIBB) Program. As he describes:
Between March-April 2020, the Fed added a staggering $282 billion to the bottom-line wealth of US billionaires:
But that wasn’t enough.
So the Fed kept printing. And buying, buying, and buying more and more financial assets held – of course – mainly by the already-wealthy.
By May 2020 the total added became $434 billion, making all the US billionaires more billionaire-y:
But even that wasn’t enough for the Fed. So it printed even more, increasing the total to $583 billion by June:
Yep, you guessed it. It didn’t stop there. By July, the grand total was up to $637 billion:
Considering that US GDP dropped by -32.9% (annual rate) and clocked in at an annual rate of $19,408 billion in the second quarter of 2020, the US Federal Reserve had granted an astonishing (truly!) 3.3% of the entire output of the entire country to US billionaires. For doing absolutely nothing.
Yes, people have many reasons to be angry and to protest these days. But they ought to be furious with the Federal Reserve and its lackeys in Congress who have utterly and completely failed to check these egregious, unfair, and socially destructive policies that grossly reward the elite at the expense of the bottom 99%.
Let’s do a little math here. Handing 3.3% of the value of the entire economic output of 160,000,000 working people to roughly 600 individuals is the equivalent of granting each one of those 600 billionaires the entire yearly output of 9,020 people.
It’s like the Fed decided that each billionaire deserved to have 9,020 people become their slaves for the year. How is that *not* psychopathic? How is that fair? What’s the plan here? Keep going until these 600 people own everything in the world?
And where’s the media on this? They happily parrot every statement the Fed makes, without asking even the slightest of critical questions. They are failing us badly, too.
Okay, so why should you care?
Because what the Federal Reserve is doing generates enormous systemic risks which could well destroy the economy and much of our future prosperity.
At heart, I am a conservative in the sense that I’d like to keep (i.e. “conserve”) what we’ve got, both ecologically and economically. I’d vastly prefer that we change our nation’s destructive path now on our own terms than being forced to on reality’s terms later on. As painful as the former may be, the latter will be much more so.
History is complete on the matter: one cannot print one’s way to prosperity. It’s been tried over and over again and my view is that if it could be done, we’d all be speaking Latin because the Roman Empire with it brilliant engineers would have figured it out millennia ago and would never have collapsed.
If the Romans couldn’t work it out, it simply can’t be done. Mathematically, it also doesn’t pencil out. Money is a social agreement, a contract. It’s not real wealth. Taking the attempt to the extreme, what would happen if everybody had a billion dollars and nobody had to work?
So printing currency only manages to delay and exacerbate the inevitable by building up the energy for its own destruction.
And the longer the delay, the worse the reckoning when it ultimately arrives.
So to recap, the Fed et al have ensured that the covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a boom for the elites, while the rest of us are experiencing an economic Depression that could last for years:
So, with the central banks hell-bent on supporting the rich by sending the prices of all financial assets farther into the stratosphere, is high/runaway inflation the natural next stage from here?
Will those worrying about a systemic “crash” from all the intervention and deformation be proved wrong?

Paul is no stranger to confrontation (remember the incident with his neighbor?) but he said he regretted his decision to try to walk back to his hotel. As Paul and his wife and friends walked, the crowd around them started getting bigger and bigger. They were shouting threats, but they were also shouting “say her name” in reference to Breonna Taylor.
“You couldn’t reason with this mob, but I’m actually the author of a law to try and get rid of no knock raids. These people were unhinged. I’m not sure we would have made it.”
At one point, the mob knocked down one of the officers guarding Paul and his wife. Asked about the types of threats, Paul said he heard members of the crowd bray about trying to kill him and his wife. If the police hadn’t been there “we would not be here today, or we would be in a hospital today.”
“I truly believe this with every fiber of my being, had they gotten at us they would have gotten us to the ground, we might not have been killed, might just have been injured by being kicked in the head, or kicked in the stomach until we were senseless,” he explained.

The Duration of What?
It’s nice to see The New York Times acting like a whipped dog after hounding the nation year upon year through thickets of falsehood and deceit to put over their hustle of systemic racism. “…some worry that local Democratic leaders are failing…” Really? Do you think that videos showing flash mobs of black looters rampaging through a Target Store, busting up cars on a dealer’s lot with baseball bats, and setting fire to a furniture shop might tell a different story? And that everybody still sane in this land knows that Democratic mayors and governors have been standing back, allowing it to happen?
The Democratic Party ought to worry that the voters are onto their game, because it looks like they’ve completely blown it only a week after anointing the most decrepit old pol in their donkey stable to run for president. Speaking of whom, Joe Biden finally crawled out from under a rock yesterday to issue a few timid peeps about the rioting, looting, and arson that went on in Kenosha, Wisconsin, for three nights running — and for three months in other cities around the country — during which he said nothing to halt the trashing of Kenosha’s downtown.
The different story that events themselves are telling voters is that young Americans act like savages when given the green light by politicians who refuse to enforce the laws against public violence, theft, and the destruction of property, and who justify all that with a fabricated narrative about systemic racism. Since Memorial Day, the Democratic Party has used the Black Lives Matter and Antifa orgs as shock troops in a stupid campaign aimed at abolishing the police. Well, now America can see exactly what happens when the police get functionally disabled by mayors and governors who order them to not do their primary job: maintaining basic civic order. The voters have seen it in Kenosha, Chicago, New York, Denver, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Seattle, and Portland, Oregon.

The results are staggering.
For Americans between 18-24 years old, 25.5 percent — just over 1 out of every 4 young Americans — said they had. For the much larger group of Americans ages 25-44, the percentage was somewhat lower but still extremely alarming: 16 percent. A total of 18.6 percent of Hispanic Americans and 15 percent of African Americans said they had seriously considered suicide in the past month. The two groups with the largest percentage who said yes: Americans with less than a high school degree and unpaid caregivers, both of whom have 30 percent — or almost 1 out of every 3 — who answered in the affirmative. A full 10 percent of the U.S. population generally had seriously contemplated suicide in the month of June.
In a remotely healthy society, one that provides basic emotional needs to its population, suicide and serious suicidal ideation are rare events. It is anathema to the most basic human instinct: the will to live. A society in which such a vast swath of the population is seriously considering it as an option is one which is anything but healthy, one which is plainly failing to provide its citizens the basic necessities for a fulfilling life.
The alarming CDC data extends far beyond serious suicidal desires. It also found that “40.9% of respondents reported at least one adverse mental or behavioral health condition, including symptoms of anxiety disorder or depressive disorder (30.9%), symptoms of a trauma- and stressor-related disorder (TSRD) related to the pandemic (26.3%), and having started or increased substance use to cope with stress or emotions related to COVID-19 (13.3%).” For the youngest part of the adult population, ages 18-24, significantly more than half (62.9 percent) reported suffering from depressive or anxiety disorders.”

CNN Has Turned Itself Into America’s “Baghdad Bob”

On Tuesday, with its reporter standing in front of a raging fire, CNN ran a ludicrous chyron stating, “fiery but mostly peaceful protests after police shooting.”
Ordinarily, this wouldn’t be worthy of reporting three days later.
However, for some reason, this chyron was a bridge too far for many people, and the internet is still flooded with memes. It’s apparent that, with this latest denial of objective reality, CNN has finally completed its transformation into Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf, whom many Americans remember almost fondly as Baghdad Bob, the Hussein regime propagandist who insisted that Saddam was winning even as U.S. troops entered Baghdad.
In 2003, when our military successfully invaded Iraq and quickly captured Baghdad, Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhafk, aka Baghdad Bob, was Saddam Hussein’s Minister of Information. As troops neared and then entered Baghdad, al-Sahhaf gave daily press briefings during which he announced the most outrageous lies about the wars.
For example, Baghdad Bob insisted that American troops were committing suicide “by the hundreds” and that none had entered Baghdad. Meanwhile, Americans were a few hundred yards away from him, and the audience could hear the sounds of their fighting. On April 8, four days before Americans captured Baghdad, al-Sahhaf was still insisting that U.S. troops “are going to surrender or be burned in their tanks. They will surrender. It is they who will surrender.”
Baghdad Bob was last heard from some years ago living in the United Arab Emirates. However, it’s entirely possible that he’s currently working for CNN, a former news network, and now a sloppy propaganda outlet for the Anarcho-Marxists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
Obviously, things are a bit different here for Bob. Last time, American troops were closing in on Baghdad as Bob spun manifest lies about events. This time, American anarchists and communists are closing in on an American city as CNN spins manifest lies about events. But aside from the details, that chyron running across the bottom of the CNN screen is vintage Baghdad Bob:
For Americans fed up with a deeply dishonest media, this chyron seems to have been the last straw. Thankfully, rather than copying leftists and rising up with weapons and flames, Americans have instead mounted a sustained ridicule attack against CNN.

Sandia Labs Goes Nuclear On Employee Who Sparked Internal Revolt Over Critical Race Theory

Sandia Labs – America’s premiere government-funded nuclear weapons design lab, has taken aggressive action against an employee, Casey Peterson, who produced a viral video “pushing back on the narrative of modern systemic racism and white privilege.”
Here’s the long and short of it via Christopher Rufo – director of the Discovery Institute’s Center on Wealth & Poverty, who has directed four documentaries for PBS, Netflix and international television – and has declared ‘war’ on critical race theory.
There is a civil war erupting at @SandiaLabs.
Following my investigation, a dissident electrical engineer named Casey Peterson emailed all 16,000 employees denouncing critical race theory in the lab and hoping to spark a rebellion against Sandia executives.

On Tuesday, Peterson made a YouTube video “pushing back back on the narrative of modern systemic racism and white privilege.”
The video quickly hit 10,000 views within the labs and dozens of Sandia employees contacted Peterson to express support.
Within hours, Sandia executives dispatched a counterintelligence team to lock Peterson out of the network and scrub his communications from internal servers—which, via the Streisand Effect, made the video even more viral and sparked widespread unrest against Sandia executives.
By the afternoon, executives were panicking about the brewing rebellion, placed Peterson on paid administrative leave, and established a “security review board” to “evaluate whether [his] actions have comprised or posed a threat to Sandia computing and security systems.”
Peterson—who took a stand at grave risk to his career—says he is speaking on behalf of all of Sandia employees who are “scared to speak out” because of the lab’s repressive culture. “If I get fired because of this,” Peterson says, “the fight does not end, it only intensifies.”
This is the first explicit rebellion against critical race theory in the federal government—and the coalition is growing. “We need to completely rip [critical race theory] out of Sandia root and stem,” Peterson says. “It is cancer and we need to get it out of the labs right now.”
Sandia executives have made it clear: they want to force critical race theory, race-segregated trainings, and white male reeducation camps on their employees—and all dissent will be severely punished. Progressive employees will be rewarded; conservative employees will be purged.
Keep this in mind: Sandia Labs is a federally-funded research agency and designs America’s nuclear weapons. Senator @HawleyMO and @SecBrouillette have launched an inspector general investigation, but Sandia executives have only accelerated their purge against conservatives.
Sandia executives face a decision-point: they can back down and Peterson’s rebellion will notch an internal victory; or they can fire him and Peterson will become further evidence of Sandia’s corrupt and repressive culture. In a sense, Peterson cannot lose.

Here’s the bottom line: this is the first shot in the rebellion against critical race theory in the federal government. Casey Peterson has taken a courageous stand and the Inspector General must conduct a full investigation of Sandia Labs—and hold executives accountable.
We are opening up a multi-front war against critical race theory in the federal government: (1) investigative reporting to expose the truth; (2) internal rebellions to increase the pressure; (3) inspector general investigations; (4) laying the groundwork for an executive order.

I’m not familiar with CRT. Apparently the figure heads are all black. Predictably it is a racial egalitarian movement, directed against “racism” and promotes full equality.
