Confidence is liquidity in global finance. Everything hinges on confidence and trust or there is no velocity of money. The system simply breaks down in a degrading that if allowed to proceed more than a few weeks leaves the system permanently damaged. Trust is civilization in our modern civilization. Without trust civilization breaks down. The Black lives matter. Police violence and police casualties are a new source of a breakdown of trust, yet police lives matter many of whom are black. We know the police are more militant than ever. They are targeting minorities by policy and by unconscious attitude. Policing involves being proactive and targeting risk. Blacks are proportionately more likely to cause trouble because of their particular place in society. This is a societal problem of a people being marginalized. It is also their problem of blacks making poor choices.

This complex breakdown of trust has few solutions. The economic pie is shrinking. Power is concentrating. The financial system and the administration of the system is in repression. We are not allowing normal price discovery with economic decisions. We are not allowing opportunities for those with the skills and determination to climb the ladder. Those at the top have rigged the system by choice and by the natural systematic trend of concentration of power and the restriction of entry to this privileged place in the social and economic dimensions of modern civilization. This is what ecosystems do when they reach a climax.

We are clearly at a climax with limits both physical and the abstracts of networks and organizations. Any ecosystem at this place is brittle to change. Its strength is its brittleness but this is also its longer term weakness. Systems that reach a climax and that do not allow the benefits of succession become top heavy which dysfunction. Niches are occupied and cause dangerous stickiness that leaves the system unable to react to the multitude of changes our natural system is made up of.

We are in the worst possible place now with a climax social and economic system. Our foundational energy commodity oil is losing its economic benefits from depletion. Abrupt climate change is beginning with a blue Arctic climate changing conditioning threatening our stable climate. It was only stable climate that allowed civilization in the first place. We have social decay from marginalized and disenfranchised populations. Our economic system is repressed into dysfunction and irrational economic policy. The benefits of technology, efficiency, and innovation have hit diminishing returns and limits. They are now causing more problems than they solve through negative disruption and systematic pollution. Substitution of vital resources and transitional economic system have hit the end scale of time and proportion. There is no solutions to any of these areas of decay, deflation, and disenfranchisement. There is only the cleansing and reorganization that comes with a catastrophic bifurcation of the entire system.

The best we can do now is muddle through the beginning stages of collapse when the negative conditions have not yet gone ballistic in a nonlinear unsurvivable condition. We can adjust and mitigate the best we can to those things we can change. Many things we can avoid and not make our collapse trajectory worse. The majority of the problems coming we will just have to live and die with. There is nothing we can do with a macro natural process such that we are in.

The situation with the blacks and the police has few solutions in our current situation. Trust has been lost. Lifestyles and attitudes are fixed. Society is unable to reform gun ownership. People are disenfranchised and marginalized. People will react to this as has always been the case and that is to rebel. The authorities will respond as is their mandate. Those in control have no interest in giving up control and their wealth. This is the end game of civilization. We can live in denial of this or we can embrace it. The social narrative will choose to deny this because it has no choice to embrace it. To embrace it means ending the current civilization and that is not an option.

You as an individual can acknowledge and accept this situation and make new arrangements. Move out of bad locations. Stay away from where the worst of the violence will be. There are things you can do if you are able. Those unable have nothing to lose by rebelling but that is a game with no future because there is no future to gain from rebelling. Our modern civilization is in an existential catch 22 that is a trap with no exit. Blaming and complaining will solve nothing because there are no solutions. The best you can do is collapse in place. Go under the radar screen and prepare for the shit storm that is already in progress.

It takes vast amounts of energy to throw millions of people all from different genetic and cultural backgrounds into a big salad bowl, mix them together, and make them “like it”.

Do that, and as long as the excess resources flow like the proverbial land of milk and honey, then the fundamental differences between vastly different cultures can be massaged and mitigated.

But when the excess turns into “barely enough to get by”, those fundamental differences that never really went away will begin to reassert. Frictions between cultural groups, now lacking the lubrication of plentiful bounty for all, will begin to produce heat. Tempers will flare. The bestial nature that is innate in every human being will emerge from hibernation. And then things get ugly.

I suspect there will be a lot of friction between people from different cultural backgrounds as we head down the road to collapse. We already see plenty of that going on right now. It is bound to get a lot, lot worse as competition over dwindling resources really gets underway.

Boat, I gave up on the environment when I gave up on humanity because of ignorant fools like you and antisocial selfish bastards like Hillary. The fact that you believe in Hillary and that the environment can be saved are irrefutable proof of your complete disconnection with reality. In other words, you are a moron living in denial.

I am not an American because being an American would provide me with no advantages over my present status, but would have a high cost for me in increased taxes. I can do everything you can do in the USA except voting, which I am absolutely not interested in doing. And I don’t pay taxes on any of my income or property to the murdering, terrorist American government. Why would I become an American. The vast majority of well off foreigners living and/or visiting the USA have absolutely no interest whatsoever in becoming US citizens. Many Americans find that challenging to believe, but it is true. The vast majority of people in the world don’t want to become Americans. And many of them don’t even want to come here as tourists. Most of my foreign friends and family prefer to travel to other places, and they don’t even like to stopover in the USA. For most educated foreigners the USA is a flyover country.

My wife and I will work the phones for Trump, though. We can legally do that. You have just moti vated me to start doing that earlier than I was going to.

If you think Hillary will be good for the USA, you are beyond stupid. And no matter what you think I have the best interests of the American population at heart and I wish the USA to get better, not worse.
