Russian and China have come to an agreement, signing off to allow OAO Gazprom , a Russian state-run gas corporation, to have a $55 billion investment to develop Siberian gas fields with the purpose of creating a pipeline.
This contract was signed by Alexey Miller, CEO of Gazprom and Zhou Jiping, chairman of National Petroleum Corp., a Chinese-based company.
It is estimated that this pipeline is worth $400 billion.
China is investing $25 billion, while Russia is adding $55 billion. In addition, China will be “responsible for a pipeline on its territory, will spend at least $20 billion”.
This collaboration “ opened the door for Russia to enter into Asia’s gas market” while solidifying the “strategic partnership” between Russia and China.
Russia and China are members of the BRICs Nations, who have been meeting for nearly a decade on how to replace the encroaching rule of the central banking technocrats.
In 2013, the BRICs nations has proposed a new central bank to replace the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The BRICs nations are pushing for a global gold standard that will alleviate the inflation caused by fiat currency.
The major economies of the world are facing an estimated $7.5 trillion in bond payments, which is how the technocrats keep their Ponzi scheme afloat.
At the 5th Summit of the BRICs nations, the theme was “BRICS and Africa: Partnership for Development, Integration and Industrialization” while reaffirm[ing their] commitment to the promotion of international law, multilateralism and the central role of the UN.”
BRICs have combined-foreign currency reserves of $4.4 trillion which lends to their rise as an economic threat to the technocrats. A crisis fund has been set-up with $100 billion already allocated to these purposes.
Russia has contributed $10 billion to the prospective bank.
Chinese President Xi Jinping met ahead of the 5th annual BRICs summit to solidify their accord to assist each other in petrol supply chains to the tune of $2 billion from China to Russia.
China and Russia confirmed a trade agreement for Russian gas, oil and engineering goods exchanged for Chinese consumer products.
Putin confirmed that the “Russian-Chinese relations are on the rise” because of “a high degree of mutual trust, respect for one another’s interests. Support in vital issues” which facilitates “a true partnership.”
In January of 2013, President Obama attempted to entice China by prompting the purchasing oil and natural gas resources worth billions through the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (which is owned by the Chinese government) and Sinopec Corporation .
Obama offered the Chinese government a third of any new petroleum uncovered in the Chesapeake Bay.
Those deposits are estimated to produce 500,000 thousand barrels of oil per day. Sinopec has been promised financial rewards from profits in states like Louisiana, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, and Oklahoma.

Only Obama could so mismanage things that Russia and China would move to form a strategic partnership.

Technocrats is hardly a fitting name. Zionist central banking cartels, is more appropriate. Some prefer to keep it simple, and refer to them as Banksters. Whatever name one chooses to use, the bottom line is still the same.
The last remaining holdouts to the central banks are not going to give in as easily as the western nations did. They understand the insidious nature of the central banks, and they understand how countries and their governments are controlled through the issuance and manipulation of currencies. They are also very well armed, and will not give up their sovereignties without a fight.
The last shot at a NWO is what is at stake here, controlled by a few very powerful, and extremely corrupt individuals. If Arthur was still posting here, he would say that the ZCBCs will finally fail in their century old plan. Myself, I’m still not convinced that they will.
Whatever the outcome, I see war on the horizon, and a great deal of human suffering. There was no good reason for the last century of exponential growth, other than to keep the central banks ponzi schemes afloat.

Only Plant would believe that Obama is capable of managing the world.

Yes, it is an interesting world today. No need for TV or movies, just reality.

Didn’t this raise anyone’s eyebrows:”Obama offered the Chinese government a third of any new petroleum uncovered in the Chesapeake Bay.” First, the Bay has been drilled for decades and only NG has been discovered and no petroleum in the thin sedimentary layer sitting on top of the igneous basement. But how about a more pertinent fact: the hydrocarbons that sit under the Bay belong to Maryland. The POTUS can’t give China something the feds don’t own.
“In January of 2013, President Obama attempted to entice China by prompting the purchasing oil and natural gas resources”. And what the heck does that mean?
This “report” is from a blog by Susanne Posel. Thumb through and appears to be a conspiracy theory site. That doesn’t automatic discredit but it does seem the long on accusations and short on documented facts. At the least you would hope Susanne had looked at a map and realized the Bay wasn’t in federal waters.

“long on accusations and short on documented facts”
The same could be said about Plantagenet and his weird obsession with blaming Obama for almost everything, or his pretending to know what Obama is trying to do but failing at.
Clearly, Plantagenet, you are obsessed with Obama. Why don’t you make it easy for us and give us your list of problems in the world that are NOT caused by Obama. That would be far better than having to read your constant quips, one-liners and cheap shots. Obama this, Obama that, Obama didn’t, Obama did, blah blah fucking blah.
Your Obama obsession is stinking the place up. Can you just cut the shit, please. You know, instead of politics, how about focusing your deep well of wisdom on peak-oil related topics.

Rockman – Point well taken but, being aware of what politicians’ “promises” actually mean – No, that didn’t raise an eyebrow. I expect more-of-same to be coming along soon. Posturing, imposturing, lying outright or by omission is, after all, their stock-in-trade.
