Kuntler: An Empire of Bullshit
After two years of gaslighting the public while it blew smoke up America’s ass, the Jacobin news media enjoyed its final feeding frenzy with the release of the 400-page Mueller report. They expected 1000 pounds of raw filet mignon, but it turned out to be tofu fried in olestra. The ensuing fugue of hyperventilating hysteria was also duly expected and William Barr stoically endured their hebephrenic peevings at the release ceremony — a press conference which itself offended the media.
The threats and raving continued all the livelong day and far into the peeper-filled night with CNN’s Chris Cuomo blustering “It’s time to rumble,” and the lugubrious hack David Gergen muttering soulfully, “This was not fake news,” and The Times’ Maggie Haberman fuming that the White House had played the “Nazi anthem” Edelweiss — very fake news, it turned out, since the tune was written for Rodgers’ and Hammerstein’s 1959 Broadway show, The Sound of Music (and sung by the anti-Nazi hero Baron von Trapp). Meanwhile Rachel Maddow had the balls to confab in prime time with disgraced former FBI mandarin Andy McCabe, officially identified as a liar by his own colleagues at the agency. What a circus of perfidious freakery!
Understand that the Mueller Report itself was the mendacious conclusion to a deceitful investigation, the purpose of which was to conceal the criminal conduct of US government officials meddling in the 2016 election, in collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign, to derail Mr. Trump’s campaign, and then disable him when he managed to win the election. Mr. Mueller was theoretically trying to save the FBI’s reputation, but he may have only succeeded in injuring it more gravely.
The whole wicked business began as a (failed) entrapment scheme using shadowy US Intel “assests” Stefan Halper and Joseph Mifsud to con small fish Papadopoulos and Carter Page into incriminating themselves (they declined to be conned) and moved on to ploys like the much-touted Trump Tower meeting to ensnare Trump Junior and then to several efforts (also failed) to flip Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen — the final product of which was an epic failure to find one instance of real chargeable criminal collusion between anyone connected to Mr. Trump and Russia.
By the way, the Mueller Report failed to mention that the two Russians present in that August 2016 Trump Tower meeting, lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya and lobbyist Rinat Akhmetshin, were on the payroll of Hillary Clinton’s oppo research contractor Fusion GPS, and met with that company’s principal, Glenn Simpson, both before and after the meeting — just one example among many of the Mueller Team’s shifty tactics, but a move that speaks volumes about Mr. Mueller’s actual intent, which was to keep his prosecutorial circus going as long as possible to interfere with Mr. Trump carrying out his own duties.
The Special Prosecutor’s main bit of mischief, of course, was his refusal to reach a conclusion on the obstruction of justice charge. What the media refuses to accept and make clear is that a prosecutor’s failure to reach a conclusion is exactly the same thing as an inability to make a case, and it was a breach of Mr. Mueller’s duty to dishonestly present that failure as anything but that in his report — and possibly an act of criminal prosecutorial misconduct.
Like any tantrum, the media’s frenzy will run out of steam (and credibility) and now they will be whipped like dogs for betraying their public trust. There is a counter-narrative to the “Resistance” narrative, and it is a true crime story. That suppressed story is finally going to roll out in the implacable workings of actual (not fake) justice and it is going to crush a lot of people who concocted this epic political hoax, including some members of the press who knowingly and dishonestly abetted it.
Many criminal referrals have already been made on the likes of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr, and a big net has been cast to pull in the figures who have been hiding in the thickets lo these two-and-a-half-years of smoke and gaslight: Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, William Brennan, James Clapper, Nellie Ohr, Samantha Power, Bill Priestap, Jim Rybicki, James Baker, Mike Kortan, John Carlin, Mary McCord, Josh Campbell and more. Some of these are going to jail and some have already flipped. The fetchings should reach the Obama White House. Mr. Mueller himself, even in his majestic granitic silence, will be liable for failing to inform his boss, the Attorney General, that the predicate document for his witch hunt was known to be a fraud back in 2016, and was used anyway to spy on a presidential candidate.
Let congress put on a carnival of its own now. It will be greeted like a TV commercial for a hemorrhoid remedy while the real national psychodrama plays out in grand juries and courtrooms, demonstrating what a grievous injury was done to this republic by its own vested authorities.

Japanese soldiers continued to wage war until they were ordered to surrender by their commanding officer. Many were tasked with waging a guerilla war against the Americans, and continued to do so until the last soldier was relieved of duty in 1983. They assumed the leaflets dropped from aircraft as well as loudspeaker announcements that the war had ended were clever American tricks.
These were honorable men who followed orders to the letter. They believed that the emperor was a deity and the war a sacred mission.
Lieutenant Hiroo Onoda and three comrades are one such example. They was sent to Lubang island in the Philippines and ordered to sabotage harbor installations and an airstrip to disrupt a coming American invasion. He was finally ordered to surrender by his commander, Major Yoshimi Taniguchi in 1974. The other three soldiers were killed at various times during firefights with American soldiers.
Onoda wrote his memoirs titled, “No Surrender: My Thirty Year War”.

The oil age is over, renewable energy is next. A few more very hot summers in Europe and elsewhere should kill off the oil age for good. We have almost all the renewable technology we need to get the job done and a renewable kWh already costs less then a fossil kWh. Only need to improve our storage skills. Patience, will happen, we in Europe are working on it.

Another aim was to convince the entire nation that, because Trump was being investigated for two years, he was already guilty of treason (i.e., guilty until proven innocent), and thus to increase the number of seats won by Democrats in the House of Representatives in 2018. In this the Demonics succeeded, and the House is now perverted by a majority of Sörös-payees, including Sand Negroes from Allahland.

Meanwhile, a million or more muds will swarm in over our southern border and add themselves to the Democrat voting rolls. (Dems will make sure they can vote.) The added costs will swamp our already overburdened economy and eventually lead to a one-party socialist state, never mind the utter deterioration of the culture and the invasion by international criminal organizations.

It is relevant but like climate change its immediacy has changed. Civilization is running out of cheap high quality oil and what is left requires expensive efforts. If economic decline is strong enough then these expensive energy sources will impact civilization with peak oil results. Renewables will be affected. Renewables need a strong economy because they are expensive. The hyping of how renewables are free energy is bullshit when looked at the renewable effort holistically. It now is the case if we have economic decline combined with expensive lower quality oil the renewable buildout will be crippled. Besides a renewable society at least in its current form cannot replicate itself. It appears its potential is only as a extender and a supporter of an oil civilization. Peak oil is not the dreaded near term collapse scenario of a few years ago but it is still very relevant.

I am very supportive of Kunstler with his honest confrontation of his corrupt Democratic party. This disgusting witch hunt and aboriginal war party bullshit has ruined all respect I once had for what is in Washington today. I have despised the political machines in DC for years now but I once had a little respect. Now I have no respect for either party but mostly the latest antics of the Democratic Party. I lost respect for conservatives with the endless neocon wars and McCain craziness. Yet, I find Democrats particularly detestable because what hope I once had was based on liberalism.
American liberals today are disgustingly “uneducated” people with educations. Liberalism is about education with scientific and social honesty. Instead American liberals are blind and lying for a phony resistance which is really just a corrupted power play with puppet masters. They deny science because when science does not fit they reject the results. The ends of disguised power plays justify horrible means. I am not saying conservatives are much of an option but at least they are remaining their old selves failed platform and have not changed much. American liberalism was hope and now is part of the end game of decline. Our once great higher education system ruined. Student debt levels tell the story of the corruption there. Higher education today is a liberal welfare system enriching liars. Our green movement compromised by fake green liberal shit that is now politically compromised with all sorts of distraction.
This is a horrible situation at the top with what the top echelons of power have done to Trump. It does not matter Trump is horrible what matter is what these despicable people did to the institution of government and still they are trying to double down on this awful behavior. It started with evil Hillary and now the failed witch hunt report of the criminal Mueller and his posse of Clintonites. Failure that is doubled down on is pure lunacy. More fake green liberal shit goes up in smoke. While I am not against EV’s as a niche I do think hydrogen is likely the answer but mostly less driving is the answer and most affluent fake green liberal will tell you that is non-negotiable. BTW, not sure if you can trust a German study on cars. They have proven themselves liars but in this case from what I have seen I find this report accurate. EV’s are dirty especially considering they live off a grid that is dirty.

According to the study directed by Christoph Buchal of the University of Cologne, published by the Ifo Institute in Munich last week, electric vehicles have “significantly higher CO2 emissions than diesel cars.” That is due to the significant amount of energy used in the mining and processing of lithium, cobalt, and manganese, which are critical raw materials for the production of electric car batteries.”
“A battery pack for a Tesla Model 3 pollutes the climate with 11 to 15 tonnes of CO2. Each battery pack has a lifespan of approximately ten years and total mileage of 94,000, would mean 73 to 98 grams of CO2 per kilometer (116 to 156 grams of CO2 per mile), Buchal said. Add to this the CO2 emissions of the electricity from powerplants that power such vehicles, and the actual Tesla emissions could be between 156 to 180 grams of CO2 per kilometer (249 and 289 grams of CO2 per mile). German researchers criticized the fact that EU legislation classifies electric cars as zero-emission cars; they call it a deception because electric cars, like the Model 3, with all the factors, included, produce more emissions than diesel vehicles by Mercedes. They further wrote that the EU target of 59 grams of CO2 per kilometer by 2030 is “technically unrealistic.”
“The reality is, in addition to the CO2 emissions generated in mining the raw materials for the production of electric vehicles, all EU countries generate significant CO2 emissions from charging the vehicles’ batteries using dirty power plants. For true emission reductions, researchers concluded the study by saying methane-powered gasoline engines or hydrogen motors could cut CO2 emissions by a third and possibly eliminate the need for diesel motors. “Methane technology is ideal for the transition from natural gas vehicles with conventional engines to engines that will one day run on methane from CO2-free energy sources. This being the case, the German federal government should treat all technologies equally and promote hydrogen and methane solutions as well.” So maybe Elon Musk’s plan to save the world with electric cars is the biggest scam of our lifetime…”
