Kunstler: Bad Faith Nation
There’s a simple reason that the old US Ship-of-State has turned into a garbage barge of toxic politics: both sides are operating in obviously bad faith — making arguments and taking positions that they know are false— and it’s been on full display this past week.
For instance, the Trump rally in Evansville, Indiana, Thursday night. The Golden Gloating Golem of Greatness presided over the spectacle in full gloatissimo mode, playing his audience of economic losers like a Hammond B-3 organ at a roller rink. His performance was oddly like the sort of rant that Uber drivers must suffer through with a fare who has been tweaking cocaine for three days en route to a funeral or a foreclosure. And, yes, I know that the President is said to abstain from mind-altering substances, but it appears that his mind has been sufficiently altered by his bizarre life experience to produce a similar effect. How else could he stand before an audience of millions (if you include the folks watching TV) and bellow, “I’m president and they’re not!”
Radiating anger and, at times, actual malice, Mr. Trump presented exactly the lack of couth that drives his hypothetically more refined “blue” enemies up a tree. His rhetorical skills have not improved since 2016, but his demagogic self-confidence soars as he unwittingly launches himself into a one-man Space Force flying too close to the sun, claiming that he has magically made America great again, mission accomplished! Even the live audience of Hoosier clods appeared strangely restive and unconvinced after an hour of this bellowing, and one got a sense of Mr. Trump slip-sliding towards Hubrisville like some ass-clown pol in a Coen Brothers’ movie about to be run out of the grange hall on a rail.
His error: taking “ownership” of a financialized economy of hallucinated markets run by out-of-control algo robots into a twilight zone of default and insolvency. The “red” and “blue” constituencies at war with each other are essentially the losers and winners in this depraved system. When the hallucination dissolves, the winners will be the new losers and the old losers will be looking to string them up. That scenario remains to be played out as we say our official goodbyes to summer this holiday weekend and turn the corner into portentous autumn.
On the “blue” side of things, mendacity rules as usual lately, especially in the Deep State septic abscess that the Russia probe has become. Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr, twice demoted but still on the payroll, went into a closed congressional hearing and apparently threw everybody but his mother under the bus, laying out an evidence trail of stupendous, flagrant corruption in that perfidious scheme to un-do the election results of 2016. Most amazingly, it was revealed that Mr. Ohr had not been called to testify by special counsel Robert Mueller nor by the federal prosecutor John Huber, who is charged with investigating the FBI / DOJ irregularities surrounding the Russia probe. It is amazing because Mr. Ohr is precisely the pivotal figure in what now looks like an obvious conspiracy to politically weaponize the agencies against the Golden Golem. An awful lot of people have some ‘splainin’ to do on that one, starting with the Attorney General and his deputy. Who will put it to them?
The New York Times, once known as the Newspaper of Record, continued to ignore that story. Their bad faith specialty these days is stoking the fires of race war under the pretense of “social justice.” For instance, the op-ed piece they ran today (Friday) titled The Religion of Whiteness Becomes a Suicide Cult. It’s hard to imagine a better way to send those Hoosier clods to the gun cabinet — and not to blow their own brains out, either, but to hunt down the very Wokesters who openly pledge to exterminate them. This isn’t even “fake news.” It’s more like racist sedition.

Kunstler uses Morrow to hilarious effect in satirizing the types of leaders we may be tempted to elect as our circumstances grow increasingly dire. He has long feared that we’ll look to anyone who promises to bring back the good old days of material abundance, by whatever means necessary.

There is something that Asian people do well and us Whites should copy them. They seem to have stronger family tied. It is not rare to see in Thailand a whole family, including elderly, uncle to live together in the same house and helping each other and sharing their income. We don’t see that in White countries.
White are ill prepare to the coming energy contraction.
There is an old man living in my neighborhood. I don’t know if he lives alone or what, but one day I told him, I can drive you to the grocery store, I go there twice a week and I will give a phone call and you came come with me. He smile at me like he was surprize that someone care about him. He decline and he went its way.
We need, Whites ,to start accepting help and work together to save energy and build stronger community. It seems that Whites people don’t want to be with others even others Whites.
The other day during my push bike ride, I saw an old man fixing his bike. I stop and say, I have tools with me, I can help you. He says, no I am fine.

The anti-White New York Times is going mad. Of course, it is merely following the traditional Jewish behavioral trajectory of paranoia and hatred for all non-Yids. Nonetheless, although there is a lot of media blather about disunity and people not “coming together,” there is no serious evidence that social antagonism between groups is any different nowadays than in decades past. Negroids hate White males, always have and always will. Jews hate Goyim Whites, always have and always will. No change there. But the media need to make money, so they invent new crises to help their own bottom lines.
The interment of Mr. RINO, Senator Glioblastoma of Arizona, has taken such a long time, what with all the Leftist praise of how he was an enemy of Trump, that one wonders whether he is really dead. Of course, competing with his exequies was the bemoaning of some Negress who spent years screeching mating calls to her fellow lower primates. So the talking heads had to interrupt and sporadically postpone the bedtime stories originally allotted to the RINO in order to make room for the obligatory drivel about her cosmic importance.
On the level of things unseen, one notes the ominous increase in military “readiness” in U.S. global aggression. Not unexpectedly, Russian and Chinese advances in weaponry promise an end to that aggression as time goes on. (See, e.g., Andrei Martyanov’s Losing Military Supremacy.) How long the DeepState can pretend that it has the right to rule the world is unknown, but that timespan is clearly becoming ever shorter. One can only hope it does not end with a bang.

Salvini and Orban are right about immigration but wrong about Macron. In the article Salvini contradicts himself:

Both Salvini and Orban are pro-Russia and Macron is not really anti-Russia either. After all, Putin was the first foreign leader Macron invited with full egards in Versailles.

Maybe now the Doomsday Clock can relax a little. The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists can breathe a bit easier given that the neurotic chairman of the Senate Committee on Armed Services is now in the grave. Few people understand just how dangerous that “hero” was.
To be sure, the erstwhile hotshot Navy pilot suffered terribly from torture by North Vietnamese gooks during his five years in captivity in the “Hanoi Hilton.” But that personal tragedy left him traumatized.
The problem with trauma, unrecognized by the slavering anti-Trump media, is that it produces a destabilized mind. During his three decades as congressman, including especially his time as chairman of the SCAS, his anti-Russian obsession led to our crazed aggression against Russia. We are now faced with the possibility of nuclear war due to his role in trying to “contain” and punish Russland for reasserting control over its traditional territories in the Crimea and the Don Basin (Donbas) area of the Ukraine, erroneously expanded during Soviet times. He was also instrumental in impoverishing the Russians post-Soviet-Union by pushing the “democratization” of their nation through financial advisers who enabled oligarchic Jews to buy up Russian natural resources and companies for a song.
It is unlikely that sanity will return to American military policy regarding Russia any time soon, but perhaps the DeepState will not be quite as aggressive, with the chief madman now gone. Otherwise, the missionary mentality of the Indispensable Nation will result in the true end of history.
