Four killed in Baghdad, as Turkey refuses to bow to Islamic militants

BAGHDAD, Iraq : One US national, an American soldier and two Iraqi children were killed in separate attacks across Baghdad, underscoring Iraq’s instability just three days before the transfer of power.

Turkey also refused to bow to Islamic militants who have threatened to behead three hostages.
