Norwegian Production Decreasing

Production

Norway’s production levels are decreasing, according to preliminary figures from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate.

The NPD stated that Norway had an average daily production of about 1.993 million barrels of oil, NGL and condensate in November, which was 29,000 barrels per day less than October. The average daily liquid production in November was 1.598 million barrels of oil, 350,000 barrels of NGL and 45,000 barrels of condensate.

Oil production for November is about three percent above oil output during the same period last year and around four percent above the NPD’s prognosis for the month.

With prices being what they are, I believe this may be Norway’s beginning of the end.

They will keep drilling deeper and deeper which will cost lot more.

At the same time, the smart Norwegians are buying electric vehicles in record #, so that they can cut down on oil consumption and export that oil to other countries.
