GAIL, Shell to set up coal-to-gas plant
State-Run GAIL (India) Ltd plans to set up a $174 million coal gassification plant in collaboration with Royal Dutch/Shell. GAIL plans to produce 2,000 tonnes of gas a day and supply it to industrial customers for $3 per million British Thermal Units
