The US population is about 305 millions people, I wonder how many of them are aware of peak oil? 1%, 2%, 10%, 50%?

LT,
Hmm, how many people have even heard of peak oil? Where I live, I would guess less than 5%. How many people are AWARE of peak oil? From my personal experience, far less than 1%. I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess one in a couple of thousand people.

What should be very telling here, is that this video has been viewed 91 times after being posted on youtube for a week.
PSYs “Gangnam Style” has had 1,311,119,027 views in seven months.
That should help explain why we aren’t addressing “Peak Oil” or “Climate Change”.

The video isn’t viewed, or taken seriously, by anybody because of its erroneous content. Peak oil is a political tool. There is no fact and a universe of false assumption supporting it. The crack pot who proposed it was wrong, absurdly so, in his assumptions too.
