Where Are Energy Prices Headed?

We should all feel a sense of relief winter is almost over … and that means an end to record setting natural gas bills. Despite the recent spike at the pumps… crude oil prices have been coming down. But what about the future of energy prices?

The latest Lundberg Survey says you can expect prices at the pump to surge again. One reason is new regulations this year calling for more expensive ethanol to replace a cheaper additive … and we’ll soon be hitting the big summer driving season. Locally at the utilities group Michael Catanzaro agrees there could be spikes in the year ahead … but believes the worst is over.
