US Gulf Oil, Gas Output Recovery Hits A Lull

HOUSTON – The recovery of U.S. Gulf of Mexico energy production from the havoc wrought by Hurricane Katrina hit a lull on Thursday, as some oil companies examined their offshore facilities and awaited news from pipeline operators on damages to undersea infrastructure.
