Last week ExxonMobil ran an anti-peak oil ad in The New York Times and The Washington Post titled, “Peak Oil? Contrary to the theory, oil production shows no sign of a peak.”
Frankly it was nothing more than a load of B.S.
The piece attempts to detract from the growing consensus among the best paid, most widely-respected geologists, physicists, and investment bankers in the world that tell us that the era of cheap, easily accessible oil is over.
Before I tear into this barefaced propaganda, I want you to take a look at the advertorial for yourself.
