LONDON, May 16 (Reuters) – Gas supplies to Britain next winter could be tighter than last winter if the launch of new import projects is delayed, and big industrial users should act with caution, said energy regulator Ofgem on Tuesday.
Last winter Britain’s gas market, Europe’s biggest, was at its tightest for years as output from ageing North Sea fields dropped more rapidly than expected.
