UK: Fuel crisis hits Borders routes

Rising fuel prices have been blamed for the possible termination of two bus routes from Edinburgh to the Scottish Borders.

Munro’s route 51 to Jedburgh and number 52 to Kelso could stop running within three months.

The affected routes are currently subsidised by Scottish Borders Council.
